No. Installation, machine placement, maintenance, and servicing are all provided at absolutely no cost to your property.
Who handles restocking and maintenance?
VendEasy LLC takes care of all restocking, cleaning, servicing, and technical repairs. Management does not need to do anything.
What types of products do you provide?
We offer a variety of snacks, candy, sweets, chips, bottled drinks, and healthier options. We can also customize the product selection based on your location’s needs.
What payment methods do your machines accept?
Our machines can accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, coins, and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What if a customer loses money or the machine malfunctions?
We provide 24/7 support and respond quickly to resolve problems and issue refunds when needed.
Is your company licensed and insured?
Yes. VendEasy LLC carries full business licensing for vending operation as well as liability insurance coverage.
What locations do you serve?
We currently operate more than 10 machines in the DMV and are rapidly expanding. We serve Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
